1.1. At chimmyandco.com, we take pride in delivering made-to-measure outfits produced to your unique measurements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns may not be possible except in the case of defective cloth.
2. Defective Cloth Returns
2.1. If you receive a product with defective cloth, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at chimmyandco@gmail.com.
2.2. We will assess the issue and, if deemed a valid defect, offer a return, exchange, or appropriate compensation.
3. Exchange Policy
3.1. Exchanges are possible for products with defective cloth and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
3.2. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at chimmyandco@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the defect.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Please note that shipping costs associated with the return and exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.
4.2. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
4.3. The cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
